Ircon Image Analysis software is the "Do it all" product of the Ircon thermal imaging software family. Designed as a general-purpose IR software for use in process control, R&D, and laboratory applications, Image Analysis software provides advance thermal analysis features in an easy-to-use Windows-based interface.

The Ircon Preform Inspection System is used during the initial stages of fiber optics manufacturing where a hollow glass preform is heated on a rotating lathe. Chemical deposition occurs on the inside of the hollow preform until the hollow glass rod becomes solid. In this application, controlling the temperature as well as the diameter of the preform are both extremely critical. Ircon solves both temperature and diameter measurement problems with the Ircon Preform Inspection System. This system consists of the Stinger Thermal Imaging Camera, the Ircon Preform Software, and optional Analog Outputs.

Forget about thermocouples and RTDs, The Ircon Thermal Grid Inspection System is designed to replace these traditional products with advanced thermal imaging technology. By combining the Stinger Thermal Imaging Camera with Ircon's Standard or optional Advanced Backlite Software automotive glass manufacturers now have a complete system for final inspection of rear window backlite grids.
