STAND ALONE THERMOMETER
MODLINE 4 |
MODLINE 5 |
SR SERIES |
The Modline 4 requires two wires, a
power supply (range of 16 to 40 Vdc)
and an installed compatible output
(recording or control instrument) to
complete the instrument system loop.
|
The Modline 5 design makes installation
easy. The instrument can be
focused by turning the rear portion of
the sensor housing. This design,
combined with thru-the-lens sighting,
allows the Modline 5 to be focused on
a target in any application with any
accessory installed! No longer do
you need to pre-focus an instrument
prior to mounting it within a water
jacket or an air purge assembly. |
The SR Series infrared thermometer from
Ircon is a two-color thermometer system
contained within a sensor. This unique selfcontained
sensor design provides signal
processing and conditioning within the
instrument and therefore eliminates the
need for a separate indicator/processor
unit. The SR Series provides a 4-20 mA
or 0-10 Vdc temperature output signal
directly to the user's own analog or digital
display, controller, recorder or computer.

SA SERIES |
1100 SERIES |
JAVELIN |
The SA series are ideal for processes where panel space is
at a premium because all components are self-contained
within the sensor. The self-contained sensor includes optical
elements, a detector that converts infrared radiation to electrical
signals, and electronic circuits that provide a high-level 4-
20 mA or 0-20 mA output signal to acquisition equipment and
process instrumentation. A truly stand-alone line of infrared
thermometers, the SA Series allows an operator to make
adjustments to the instrument by making emissivity, response
time and peak-picker decay rate settings directly on the back
panel of each thermometer. |
The 1100 Series Infrared Thermometer is an accurate, reliable, and economical high temperature measurement device primarily used in the semiconductor industry. It provides a continuous, nonlinear, temperature-dependent output which can be used in conjunction with recording or controlling instrumentation. The optical components and silicon infrared detector are housed in a rugged, die cast, gasketed enclosure, allowing operation in the most severe industrial environments. |
The Javelin non-contact
infrared thermometer is a
highly versatile, affordable
instrument for use within the
plastics, paper converting,
textiles, glass, and food
industries. Javelin combines
proven IRCON optics – its
sensor has an optical
resolution of D/30 with two focal distances – and
IRCON’s unique micro-processor digital circuitry for
accurate ambient sensor compensation and digital
linearization. |
