Provide customers and sales channels with expert application knowledge to facilitate the purchase, installation and satisfaction of our products. This will be done through training, and field support. Provide these services both on and off site, with the focus being on hiring, managing, and training contracted Field Service Provider's to handle on site requests. This will provide customers with faster response times, and lowering the travel costs.

KROHNE / ACI INSTRUMENTATION LIMITED is committed to support the customers with excellent pre- and after-sales service and to guarantee the function of our products by delivering high quality instruments.

  • Start-up and commissioning on site
  • Repair (converter) on site
  • Repair (Primary) and
  • Recalibration at the nearest facility (for example Netherlands, China, Brazil), or insitu calibration checks using the MagCheck.
  • Training for customers at the nearest local facility or on site at the customers facilities.
