RTD & THERMOCOUPLE TEMPERATURE SENSORS
TR217 RESISTANCE THERMOMETERS |
TCD201 THREAD MOUNTED THERMOCOUPLES |
TCD20 THERMOCOUPLES |
The resistance thermometer TR217 is ideally suited for the measurement of the surface temperature at the bearings of
pumps, gears or motors under dry ambient conditions at
the probe tip. The spring-loaded, plane probe tip
guarantees a constant contact pressure of the thermometer
on the outer surface of the bearing shell. The optimum
insertion depth can be set by means of a compression
fitting.
|
Thermocouples in this series are designed for direct screw
fitting into the process, mainly in tanks and pipelines.
These thermometers are suitable for fluid and gaseous
media under moderate mechanical load and normal
chemical stress. The thermowell made of stainless steel is
fully welded and screw-fitted into the connection head. The
spring loaded measuring insert can be exchanged without
removing the complete probe from the process.
|
Thermocouples in this series can be combined with a large
number of thermowell designs. Operation without
thermowell is not allowed.
An extensive range of sensors, connection heads, insertion
lengths, neck lengths, thermowell connections etc. are
available for these thermometers, so that they are suitable
for almost every thermowell design.
The models of the TCD20 series are provided with a type
test certificate for "flameproof enclosure" type of protection
according to directive 94/9/EC (ATEX), EEx-d, for gases and
dusts.
