The Pusarpoint 200 series is a range of vibrating level switches, for bulk solids applications. When material comes into contact with the vibrating probe the frequency of oscillating changes. This is detected and a signal generated to provide a changing output. This may be used to signify a material level as being high, intermediate or low depending on configuration chosen. The design of the blade profile and the frequency of oscillation ensure that the probe is able to resist material build up, thus providing trouble free operation.
The Pulsarpoint 300 series is a range of rotating paddle level switches for point level measurement and switching
on bulk solids. The paddle’s rotation is interrupted when material reaches
the paddle, causing a clutch to disengage the motor. This in
turn actuates a relay allowing an alarm signal to be switched.
This may be used to signify a material level as being high,
intermediate or low depending on configuration chosen.
The Pulsarpoint 400 series of point level measurement systems combine all of the advantages of
advanced, state of the art miniaturized and encapsulated
ultrasonic technology, and the finest quality 316 stainless steel welded construction. Series 400
is designed to provide highly reliable, fixed-point liquid level indication with a repeatability of 2mm or better, in a wide range of measurement applications. All versions are solid state and therefore require no
maintenance and provide many years of trouble free operation.
